The Theatre
The Theatre, located on the
second floor, is a large, naturally lit room with wooden flooring, excellent
acoustics, professional stage-lighting and a Bechstein Grand Piano. It
is most frequently rented for a variety of theatre performances,
for music concerts and for auditions.
Capacity: 50 people seated theatre style (no disabled access)

| Hiring the Club Room |

The Club Room
Adjoining the Theatre is a quiet,
spacious room lined with an impressive collection of books covering a
broad range of subjects dealing with the Arts, Science and travel.
The room is furnished with Oriental carpets, dark leather arm-chairs,
and a full-sized conference table, the whole being beautifully lit by
original stained glass windows.
Capacity: 40 people (no disabled access)
Please note: only sandwiches, coffee/tea/soft drinks orders allowed in the Club Room.
No wine or large meals allowed. |

| Terms & Conditions |
Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required as confirmation of a booking, the remainder to be paid 14 days before the event.
Access:
15 minutes in advance for rentals of the Club and Theatre. An excess charge for overrunning pre-agreed time is double the per hour rental.Access for the October Gallery and Ground floor facilities is one half hour in advance. An excess charge of £120 per hour is made for overrunning the pre-agreed time.
Cancellation Notice
Cancellation Notice of three weeks is required for cancellation of a booking or the deposit is lost. The cancellation fee is 50% of the rental for bookings cancelled between two and three weeks prior to event. Bookings cancelled less than two weeks prior to event will be charged at the full rate.
